SPOUSAL WORK PERMIT
Spousal open work permit provides an opportunity to apply for open work permits to spouses of students or workers in Canada. We help dependent spouses process their application for an open work permit in Canada.
Requirements for Spousal Open work permit:
- International students must be enrolled in full-time studies at any PGWP-eligible designated learning institute and must be successfully progressing in their studies.
- Open Work permit holders must be employed full-time in order to invite their spouse on an open work permit.
- Low wage stream (LMIA-based) workers must meet some additional skill type (Teer) requirements.
